M&M's Anyone!

Nelson has been doing wood technology
(it was called wood work when I was at school) this semester and he came home with his M&M dispenser.
When he said he was making a gumball machine,
I couldn't think what it would be like in wood.
I think he's done a great job.
He also made this fruit bowl. I now have 3 of these!
A hinged box.
I'm not too sure what this is but he had fun using the lathe.

Nelson has really enjoyed this class. Who knows.
Maybe we'll have a carpenter in the family one day!

  4. Wonderful woodwork Christine.. I love the m&m's dispenser. I got a breakfast tray from woodwork this term, but Mr 12 kept the wooden box. I hope he keeps it up, it would be very handy having a carpenter in the family. Think of the quilt racks and spool holders!

Great woodwork projects, especially the box. Lots of detail in that. Nelson, hope you make Mum a quilt holder for Christmas.
