Once again I didn't make it to FNSI on Friday as I was playing taxi service. But I did join the girls in the
Northern Hemisphere on Saturday.
The lovely Leesa Chandler from Chandler's Cottage
came to NOTYQ and we did a little workshop.
came to NOTYQ and we did a little workshop.
I chose to stitch the dragonfly. It was done in Whip Stitch which is a stitch I have never tried before. I love it and will be using it again. I even got the stitching all done in between popping home to hang out another load of washing and doing some Show Committee work!
When I got home, I put the pin cushion together.
Even though it was only a small project,
I think this is the first time I have ever finished
a workshop project on the day!
I also worked on my Vintage Kitchen block.
Thank you to Wendy for being the
Hostess with the Mostess!
I thought I'd show you my beautiful flowers that are in full bloom that Noel gave me for my birthday last week. I wish you could smell the perfume. The lounge smells devine!

So glad you were able to use my spot and enjoyed yourself. Your finished pin cushion looks lovely.
