Christmas Baking Is Almost Finished!

The second loaf of almond bread I added
some dried cranberries. They tasted lovely and
made the slices just a little chewy.
Making the third loaf, I cracked an egg and
it was a double yolker.
Not to be outdone, the fourth loaf had one too!
Two batches each of Anzacs and Choc Chip biscuits.
I made another loaf of each kind of almond bread.
Just need to slice the two extra almond breads
and do the second baking of them.
Packed away ready to be bagged and given out.

You can find the Almond Bread recipe I use here.
I added about 1/2 cup of cranberries.

  5. The biggest thing I miss about being on a Gluten Free diet is the baking. Somehow nothing turns out quite right with GF flour, so mostly these days I don't bother any more :-(
