The second loaf of almond bread I added
some dried cranberries. They tasted lovely and
made the slices just a little chewy.
Making the third loaf, I cracked an egg and
it was a double yolker.
Not to be outdone, the fourth loaf had one too!
Two batches each of Anzacs and Choc Chip biscuits.
I made another loaf of each kind of almond bread.
Just need to slice the two extra almond breads

Packed away ready to be bagged and given out.

The biggest thing I miss about being on a Gluten Free diet is the baking. Somehow nothing turns out quite right with GF flour, so mostly these days I don't bother any more :-(
