OPAM for May

 Another month, still no finishes. 

But I have made a start on this baby quilt.

 I've also been working on the last block of 

"The Happy Stitcher" by Natalie Bird.

Thanks to Kris for inspiring us.

Hopefully next month I'll have that baby quilt finished!

Friday Night Sew-In

Last night I sat down to stitch while watching The Dressmaker.

  I managed to do the wording on my The Happy Stitcher hanging.  

I probably could have stitched more but I kept watching

 the movie rather than my stitching! Have you this movie? I love it.

Twenty-Five Years Ago!

 On a beautiful Autumn day 25 years ago we became Mr and Mrs.

We had planned to celebrate our anniversary on a cruise. 

But like everything else at the moment, that has been put on hold. 

It was lovely that we were able to celebrate it with the boys.

Friday Night With Friends

I have finished the final block of my Lillian Elizabeth's Kitchen. 

It's time to now go through my buttons, laces and doilies 

to start planning my embellishments and layout.

One Project A Month

That's what I signed up for 

It's now May and how many projects have I finished this year? None!

This is the first time ever I have gone this far with no finishes.

 I have been working on projects but nothing completed. 

Yesterday I basted these for two new baby quilts. 

I am once again doing these quilt-as-you-go. So hopefully by the end 

of May I'll have at least one of these finished. Still trying to find my mojo.

 It appears every now and then but goes away.
