Something to Read!

Look what arrived in the letter box yesterday. My copy of the new Elm Creek Quilts book by Jennifer Chiaverini. I'll just finish off what I'm reading over the next couple of days and then I'll be able to start this one. I really love these books and have the whole series. Have you read them? Jennifer has a blog, "Elm Creek Quilts" which you may like to check out.

Have a great weekend everyone. Hopefully, I'll get some more secret sewing done!

Hi Christine,

Thanks for leaving a comment on my blog. We had a great time at Grandma's birthday. It's so cool seeing someone who is SOOO old (101) doing so well. But as far as resting and relaxing now, lol, not so much. My Mom is getting married up north in 2 weeks over Thanksgiving and I'm hosting a Christmas party for my quilting bee the following weekend. Busy busy!

Take care,
Susan

PS I loved The Aloha Quilt. Is The Giving Quilt set in present times or olden times? I like the present times ones best.
