Cheryll over at Gone Stitchin' is hosting One Week Of Christmas. I thought I'd join in.
The tree has finally gone up. The sun was streaming through the window but it gives you an idea of our tree. I've put the tree on a higher table this year so Molly can't reach it. But so far she doesn't seem to have taken any interest in it.
I won't be putting presents around the base just in case she finally takes notice and decides there's something else for her to chew! It just doesn't seem the same without presents!
I've taken down all my quilts on one wall and replaced them with my Christmas ones.
My new 2012 Christmas quilt - Tis the Season.
My favourite is the blue one!
Three gorgeous elves made for me by Maria last Christmas.
A Christmas Tree from Maria.
I don't know if I've shown you this one before.
"A Taste of Christmas"
Six White Boomers!
Teddy decorating the tree.
Nativity. I made this one back in 1996! In fact, I made about eight of them that year!
Although it's not really a Christmas hanging, being a star I kept it up. This is my Amish potholder that I bought in Lancaster in 2005. I couldn't afford a large quilt!
That's just some of the Christmas things. Head over to Cheryll's to see how others have decorated.

Two things caught my attention when I found your blog: 1)Our husbands have the same name, 2)I'm also a quilter, but my children are all grown up with big kids of their own.

As a follower of your blog, I am writing to invite you to join in gallery of Christmas Tree Skirts. Today I have written a post about the tree skirt that I made several years ago. I eagerly look forward to putting it under my tree each year. I hope that you will join me in featuring your Tree skirt. one you made, one that has been handed down for generations, perhaps it was a gift. Share your story and photos in a blog post (it can be an older post) and then visit my post and add your link to Mr. Linky and then leave a comment.
Thank-you for considering this opportunity. Feel free to share it with any of your online or personal friends. The more the merrier.
