Some Crafty Hijinks Went On In Ballarat!

Yesterday forty-nine bloggers got together for the inaugural Crafty Hijinks Ballarat. We had a fantastic day. Our hostesses extraordinaire were Gillian of Silly Gilly and Jodie of Ric Rac. It was lovely to meet so many new bloggers to me.
Jodie, Mel, me and Gillian.
There was even quite a bit of stitching done!
Even Mel managed to do a stitch or three!
Of course we had morning tea. Scones with jam and cream. Mel and I managed to eat some as it would
have been rude not to! LOL!
There were goodie bags, door prizes and raffles.
(I pinched this photo from Mel!)
I won raffle #4. Mel won raffle #3 so a
lucky day for both of us.

Stitching along with Claire of Matching Pegs.

Annette of Jindi's Cottage, Mel and me.
There were some stalls. These things found their way into my bag! Some other beautiful things came home with me but I'm saving them for another post.
Sue from I Purr-furr to Craft travelled up to Ballarat with Mel and myself. She made us both a lovely mug bag, complete with a mug and some beautiful soft wool.
Thank you Sue.
Before we left Ballarat, we went to The Craft Squirrel
Morgan's shop was full of gorgeous vintage goodies.

A big thank you to Gillian and Jodie for organising this fun day. Thanks to Mel and Sue for being great travelling companions.

Hello Christine,

Looking at the logo for your day out made me think you may be all running away to the circus. Lots of fun and congrats on your win and lovely gifts both given and purchased.

Happy days.
Bev.
