Tuesday Treasures With Melody!

I'm linking up with my lovely friend Melody (The House on the Side of the Hill) for her Tuesday Treasures.
This is my Teddy. His name is Teddy (so original!). I got him when I was born and, as you can see, he was very well loved.
I don't know if you can see it, but the only fur he has left is on the inside of his ears! His nose has long gone but at least he still has his eyes. Teddy's insides were foam which has disintegrated over the years. His arms and legs are only half the length they used to be! There is even a big hold where his stomash used to be! Many, many years ago, a kindly neighbour made him his little jump suit to try to hold him together. Even that is falling apart.
This is Teddy's friend. I made him about 15 years ago. He was the only teddy I made. I just didn't catch that bear bug!

I hope you've enjoyed meeting Teddy and his friend. (How awful! I don't think I ever gave him a name!)
I think I'll call him Winston!

Head over to Melody's to see what other treasures are waiting to be explored.

Hello Christine,

Lucky that you still have Teddy, I remember the day I was playing with my blue and black teddy and left him outside. The next day he was rather damp and the dog had a good time playing with him. No more teddy.
Winston looks a very handsome bear.

Have a great day.
Bev.

Hi Christine,
Your much loved Teddy is gorgeous, you are so lucky to have him still in your life.
Our families favourite bear Edward T, given to our eldest son when he was a baby is in a similar condition.
Cheers R.
