Sixteen years ago today I did my first blog post,
albeit just a few words.
I never dreamt I would still be blogging 16 years later,
although not as often as I used to.
This is the very first photo I put up once
Mitchell and Nelson are his fun uncles.
This is the first quilt I shared back in February 2010.
"Starry Sensations", the 2009 BOM with the
International Friendships Quilters (IFQ).
The last quilt I've made was for Austin and Paris'
baby shower in November 2024.
Kade and his quilt.
There's been many projects over the years and
lots of swaps participated in. Over the last couple of
days I've spent a bit of time looking at some of the very
early posts which I haven't looked at in a long time.
They were lovely memories.
I have made so many wonderful friends over the years.
I've even been lucky enough to meet a lot in person,
many of whom I consider my close friends.
Haha! I've just realised I've never
updated my profile! Really must do something
about it but that can be for another day.

That’s great Christine. The time has flown. It is so fun looking back at older posts and seeing the differences in our tastes and all the people we have put up photos of. Hope you continue to blog.

How lovely to reminisce, particularly looking back at family. Hasn’t being part of the blogging community been wonderful. So many friendships made along the way.
Happy Anniversary.
Wonderful to look back on past makes and seeing how well the boys have grown. Well done Mum!
