Of the 20 people in our group,
only four of us continued onto
Seim Reap in Cambodia.
It was great with only four people
as it was like having a private tour.
Stephen and Christine are from Victoria
and it turns out we have mutual friends.
We spent a fabulous few hours at Angkor Wat
and the areas around it.

gigantic creepers growing through the ruins.

We visited the Wat Tepothivong Memorial Site
also known as The Killing Fields.
It was very sad reading about everything.

There are still a lot to be found,
especially in rural areas.

We went to a traditional Cambodian buffet for dinner
and enjoyed an Apsara dance performance.
For our last night, the four of us
headed to the famous Pub Street.
There were so many restaurants to choose from.
We enjoyed another delicious meal.
Cheers to the end of our big adventure!
We had the best time.
Saw so many wonderful things,
ate the most amazing food
and met lots of people.
