only four of us continued onto
Seim Reap in Cambodia.
It was great with only four people
as it was like having a private tour.
Stephen and Christine are from Victoria
and it turns out we have mutual friends.
There are 36 different hair styles on
the carvings around Angkor Wat.

There are enormous fig trees and

We visited the Wat Tepothivong Memorial Site
also known as The Killing Fields.
It was very sad reading about everything.
Young monks in class at the Killing Fields.
Apopo, where they train rats to find
unexploded land mines from the war.
There are still a lot to be found,
especially in rural areas.
This is Jessie who demonstrated
how the rats find the mines.
This is Jordan.
Jordan loves sleeping and getting cuddles!

We went to a traditional Cambodian buffet for dinner
and enjoyed an Apsara dance performance.
For our last night, the four of us
headed to the famous Pub Street.
Cheers to the end of our big adventure!
We had the best time.
Saw so many wonderful things,
ate the most amazing food
and met lots of people.
I hope you've enjoyed reading about our trip.
It is only a snapshot and of course,
we took hundreds of photos!
