FNSI and Molly!

Last night at the FNSI I managed to work on two projects plus did a bit of preparation. I was hoping to get a little more done but due to our gorgeous new family member, time was taken up with the toilet training business!
I finished my journal cover. I was working on it Tuesday and hoped to finish it Wednesday but once Molly arrived no sewing was touched at all!
Finished block 5 of my Merry Mistletoe quilt.
Molly has settled in very well. It's only taken her 3 days to take over Ginger's bed!
Here's poor Ginger with Molly on her bed (sorry it's a bit dark). Initially, when Molly headed for her bed, Ginger would let her know who it belonged to!
This morning Molly met Lucky the Love Bird. You may just be able to make Lucky out sitting on the left of the pen. They checked each other out and that was that!
Exploring the backyard.
Exhausted!

The journal cover is lovely, what a great idea for that stitchery block. Your Christmas redwork is looking great. Molly is looking very happily settled :)

LOL, that last photo is cute. Looks like Molly has just made herself at home! Do you want Stephen to come give her some potty training pointers?

You managed to have a couple of nice finishes even though you were busy with the toilet training.
Molly is a cutie and I am sure it won't be long and Ginger and her will share the bed.

I'm visiting from FNSI - gosh, it's amazing that you got any stitching done at all with that gorgeous distraction of a new pup in your home! The journal cover is very pretty. Congrats on being in Homespun too. I'll be coming back to see how Molly & Ginger are going

It's a hard life being a pup you know! At least you got some FNSI in, a little bit is still progress...Molly will grow up so fast it's worth putting the stitching aside for a short while to just play pup.
