I have finished the final block of my Lillian Elizabeth's Kitchen.
It's time to now go through my buttons, laces and doilies
to start planning my embellishments and layout.
Sorry about the bad photo. It is so dark and dreary here today.
Thank you to Chez for hosting us Friday night.
You can see what others got up to here.

That's a really fun block. A great finish!
Beautiful block Christine, well done on the finish, looking forward to seeing what you add to the blocks
Oh you will be so pleased to have finished it Christine - I look forward to seeing you bring your quilt to life.
Pretty cup and teapot blocks ... now to have a play with the embellishment.
So precious and I love the fabrics! I want to do this one and I need to get going on it. First I have to order the pattern...that would be a start! LOL! I bet the embellishment part will be fun and I can't wait to see it finished! Love it!!!
Great to get to the end of the stitching. Now some fun with the embellishing.
I want tea in a mug like that from a pot like that - and I dont even drink tea! Just so jolly and cheerful. xx
What a beautiful applique!
Hi Christine, beautiful photos including your gorgeous Jenny of Elefantz blocks. I refer back to your gorgeous hexi quilt and am asking the size of the hexis and if all handsewn into flowers then hand pieced together as you mentioned it came together in 5 days. That is encouraging. Also did you hand quilt. Hope you don't mind my asking, I have been collecting fabrics to make a hexi quilt myself, just have to make the start, never having made a quilt or such a large project. Thank you and happy crafting, Jude
