Teddy Bear's Picnic!

I thought I'd join Melody from The House on the Side of the Hill at the Teddy Bear's Picnic. This is my first (and only) teddy bear I have made. I think I made it about thirteen or so years ago, although I'm not too sure. I enjoyed making him but didn't catch the teddy bear making bug!

Head over to Melody's blog and see who else is at the picnic.

Oh my gosh - memories. I made LOTS of mohair bears 'way back when' - a lot of work on those tiny things.

He's very cute Christine. I only ever made one with a burrrrr in his belly for my GS2 when he was born.

I think your bear is lovely. You did a great job making him even if you didn't catch the bug. At least he isn't sitting half made in the cupboard which can easily happen if you don't enjoy making them.

He is very cute and very special being the one and only. I made several bears just to make sure I didn't catch the 'bear making bug' either and I didn't but I definetly caught the 'come and live with me bears' bug big time.

He is a real sweetie Christine, I think you should make a couple more to keep him company, then it would be a collection.Cheers R.
